Online submissions for the 13th Annual Make-Up Artists & Hair Stylists Guild Awards (MUAHS, IATSE Local 706), presented by L’Oréal Groupe and Giovanni Eco Chic Beauty, are now open and will close on Friday, November 14, 2025. This year’s awards gala will take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at the Westin Bonaventure in Los Angeles. The announcement was made today by Julie Socash, President of IATSE Local 706.
The MUAHS Awards recognize outstanding achievements by Make-Up Artists and Hair Stylists across various categories, including Motion Pictures, Television, Television Specials, Children’s and Teen Programming, Commercials and Music Videos, Live Theater, and Theme Parks. The eligibility period for all categories covers the calendar year 2025. Each year, the MUAHS Awards also honor exceptional talent with a Distinguished Artisan Award and Lifetime Achievement Awards.

The awards eligibility period for all categories is the 2025 calendar year. The submission deadline for entries is Friday, November 14, 2025. Nominations for the MUAHS Awards will be announced on Monday, December 29, 2025. Final online voting will begin on Monday, January 26, 2026, and will close on Sunday, February 8, 2026. Winners will be announced at the 13th Annual MUAHS Awards Gala on Valentine’s Day, Saturday, February 14, 2026.
